Important Notes

• Scanned passport copies with a validity of minimum 6 months, at the time of travel (physical passport, not required)
• 01 recent passport size photographs [35mm x 45mm] with white background (soft copy only).
• A copy of PAN card (soft copy only).
• This is a Group Umrah package and can be opted by guests who want to travel on fixed dates and from selected cities only.
• Guests do not have an option to travel to Makkah first or Madinah first, as per their convenience.
• We do provide options to upgrade your rooms, hotels and transport in the given package, the charges for the same, however, will have to be paid by the guests. The upgrades are subject to availability.
• Any changes/customization made or requested by the pilgrims in the above packages before/during their stay will be subject to the discretion of the management and the cost of which will be borne by the pilgrims.
• We do offer our guests an option to book their own flights and rest of the arrangements are taken care of by our team but this option is not available for group departures.
• Relatives/friends of pilgrims in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not allowed to eat or stay with the group and will be charged for any services or accommodations used.
• If someone has a non-Muslim name, he or she should submit a certificate from a mosque or an Islamic center stating that the applicant is a Muslim. An Affidavit for the same can also be accompanied.
