Once your Umrah package is confirmed, you will receive all necessary documents and travel details through email and/or WhatsApp. This includes:

• Umrah visa confirmation
• Round-trip e-tickets
• Hotel booking vouchers
• Detailed travel itinerary and group information
• Customer support contact sheet

Estimated Delivery Timelines

We aim to ensure timely digital delivery of your documents:

• E-tickets & hotel vouchers: Within 3–5 working days after visa approval
• Final itinerary & group details: 7–10 days before departure

To ensure smooth delivery, please keep these points in mind:

• Provide an active email and WhatsApp number at the time of booking
• Check your email spam or junk folder if you haven't received documents on time
