Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Umrah Planner, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation and refund policies are designed to be transparent, fair, and aligned with industry practices.

 

General Cancellation Terms

✅ All cancellations must be made in writing via email or WhatsApp

✅ The effective date of cancellation is the date we receive your request

✅ Cancellation charges apply based on the time of cancellation relative to your departure date

 

Cancellation Charges

Time of Cancellation: Applicable Charges

30+ days before departure: 10% of package cost

15–29 days before departure: 25% of package cost

7–14 days before departure: 50% of package cost

Less than 7 days or no-show: No refund

Note: Visa fees, airfare (once issued), and hotel booking charges are non-refundable.

 

Visa Rejection

✅ In case of visa rejection, only the refundable portion of the package (excluding visa fees and processing charges) will be returned

✅ We are not responsible for any denial by the Saudi authorities

 

Refund Process

✅ Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–14 working days

✅ Refunds will be made to the original mode of payment

✅ Bank and payment gateway charges (if any) will be deducted from the refund amount

 

Important Notes

✅ No refunds will be provided for unused services (e.g., missed flights, early return, or missed hotel nights)

✅ Refunds are subject to confirmation from airline/hotel/supplier

✅ Force majeure conditions (natural calamities, political unrest, etc.) may impact refund eligibility
