At Umrah Planner, we strive to make your spiritual journey smooth and transparent. Please read our terms carefully before booking any of our services.

Booking Confirmation

Your Umrah package booking is confirmed only after:

✅ Submission of all required personal and passport details

✅ Full or partial payment as per package terms

✅ Receipt of visa approval (subject to Saudi regulations)

Package Inclusions & Exclusions

Each package clearly mentions what is included. Typical inclusions are:

✅ Umrah visa assistance

✅ Flight bookings (if applicable)

✅ Hotel accommodation

✅ Ground transfers (where specified)

✅ Guidance and support during the trip

❌ Exclusions: Personal expenses, excess baggage, meals not mentioned, PCR tests, travel insurance unless specified

Cancellation & Refund Policy

✅ Cancellation charges apply as per the booking stage

✅ Visa fees and airline cancellation charges are non-refundable

✅ No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations

✅ Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days

Travel Documents Responsibility

✅ Customers must ensure the validity of passports (minimum 6 months)

✅ Umrah Planner is not responsible for delays due to incorrect documentation or last-minute changes

✅ Visa issuance is subject to Saudi government approval – not guaranteed by Umrah Planner

Code of Conduct During Travel

All pilgrims are expected to:

✅ Maintain discipline and Islamic decorum during the trip

✅ Follow group leader instructions and travel schedules

✅ Respect local laws and customs in Saudi Arabia

✅ Avoid any behavior that could cause disruptions or safety concerns

Liability Disclaimer

✅ We act as a facilitator and coordinator for travel arrangements

✅ We are not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes by airlines, hotels, or immigration

✅ Force Majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, flight bans) are beyond our control
