Itinerary

  • Day1: Arrival in Makkah perform Umrah upon arrival, rest and acclimatize to the surrounding,
  • Day2-19 : Perform daily prayer, Namaz, Duaas, and Tawaaf around the kaaba
  • Day20: Move to Madina Day21-29 Perform daily prayers at prophets mosque
  • Day30: Pray Eid namaz in Madina, Bid farewell to Madina and depart to your home country

Important Notes

  • Scanned passport copies with a validity of minimum 6 months, at the time of travel (physical passport, not required)
  • 01 recent passport size photographs [35mm x 45mm] with white background (soft copy only).
  • A copy of PAN card (soft copy only).
  • We do provide options to upgrade your rooms, hotels and transport in the given package, the charges for the same, however, will have to be paid by the guests. The upgrades are subject to availability.
  • Any changes/customization made or requested by the pilgrims in the above packages before/during their stay will be subject to the discretion of the management and the cost of which will be borne by the pilgrims.
  • Relatives/friends of pilgrims in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia are not allowed to eat or stay with the group and will be charged for any services or accommodations used.
  • If someone has a non-Muslim name, he or she should submit a certificate from a mosque or an Islamic center stating that the applicant is a Muslim. An Affidavit for the same can also be accompanied.

Payment Policy

  • 25% booking amount is non-refundable
  • 50% of the package amount is not refundable if cancelled 21-30 days before departure
  • 100% of the booking amount is non refundable if cancelled with in 21 days
  • Date change charges Rs 10,000 per person plus any applicable additional charges for changes made 21-30 days before departure
  • No date changes are allowed with in 21 days of departure
  • Refund are done on 10th of every month and cheque has to be collected from booking office

Cancellation Policy

  • A minimum of Rs. 25% per package must be paid to secure a booking
  • Full payment is required 21 days before departure
